Physical Therapy 

Our one-on-one physical therapy services help bridge the gap between traditional rehabilitation and human performance.  Doctors of Physical Therapy are specialized in sports and orthopedic injuries, skilled in evaluating the movement system, diagnosing movement dysfunction, and prescribing evidence-informed treatment to address the underlying cause. Our integrated approach joins the expertise of our Physical Therapists along with the insight of our team of Exercise Physiologists, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, and Registered Dietitians to ensure that the whole athlete is accounted for.

Strength & conditioning

Our Strength and Conditioning Coaches design individual programs based on scientific principles and influenced by innovation to ensure that our athletes continue to push the boundaries of performance forward. With influence from our team of Physical Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Registered Dietitians, as well as data from our athlete monitoring systems, our coaches have the edge in optimizing performance.

nutrition

Using the latest in nutrition research, our sports dietitian ensures optimal athletic performance and recovery, creating specific macronutrient and calorie goals to help achieve total athlete health and wellness.  We provide custom and sustainable nutrition plans catered toward your performance and wellness goals. 

recovery

We are intentional about selecting methods for recovery, just as we are intentional about selecting methods for stress.  This allows our athletes to train at the highest levels and promotes optimal adaptations from training.
