Performance Specialist
Kaitlin is a Sports Performance Coach with experience working with NCAA athletes at the University of Texas. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from UT, she served as an Athletic Performance Intern with Texas Volleyball, gaining hands-on experience with high-level collegiate athletes. While pursuing her Master’s in Exercise Science at Texas State University, she went on to work as an Athletic Performance Assistant for Texas Women’s and Men’s Basketball, where she was exposed to different coaching philosophies and ways to approach training. Beyond collegiate athletics, she has five years of coaching experience with Austin Juniors Volleyball Club, where she aided the athletic development of young athletes ages 13–17. She is passionate about developing athletes of all ages through all aspects of performance training.
